iptvthefox is not required to fulfill any obligation if prevented by circumstances beyond its control and not attributable to its fault under law, legal action, or common practice. Force majeure includes: power outages, internet outages, DDoS attacks, government measures, and supplier problems.
All intellectual property rights relating to the iptvthefox service, including but not limited to software, logos, texts, and images, belong to iptvthefox or its licensors. It is not permitted to copy, distribute, or use these materials without prior written permission.
iptvthefox reserves the right to change these terms. Changes will be announced at least 14 days in advance via WhatsApp or email. If you do not agree to the changes, you may choose not to renew your iptv subscription. Your existing subscription will remain under the old terms until the end of the current period.
These terms of service and all agreements between iptvthefox and the customer are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where iptvthefox operates. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court, unless the law dictates otherwise.
